Reservation Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm

Reservations are required and must be made by 4:00pm on the business day prior to your trip. Also, please confirm reservations left on voicemail to guarantee your ride.

Curb-to-Curb Services (service within La Pine)

Monday - Friday 7.30 to 5.30

Curb-to-Curb (local service) fares:

  • One-Way Ride: $1.25
  • One-Way Ride: $1.00 for Seniors or Disabled Riders
  • Monthly Unlimited Ride Pass: $35.00
  • Monthly Unlimited Ride Pass: $25.00 for Seniors or Disabled Riders
  • 12-Ride Punch Card: $12.50
  • 12-Ride Punch Card: $10.00 for Seniors or Disabled Riders

Community connector fares:

  • Day Pass - $6.25
  • Day Pass - $5.00 for Seniors / Persons with disabilities
  • Monthly Pass - $100.00 (available by calendar month)*
  • 12-Day Punch Card - $60 (valid for one year)*

Fare includes a round-trip ride on the Cascades East Transit bus, local delivery within the Redmond, Prineville, La Pine, and Madras CET service areas, and a BAT day pass for those traveling to Bend (good only on date of purchase).

 

  • Rider Tips

    Be sure to have the correct change ready.

    Please wait for the bus at the curb.

    Wear your seat belt, even if the bus is at a standstill. If you have a child who weighs more than 40lbs but is shorter than 4'8", you must bring your own child safety seat.

    Please, no eating, drinking, smoking, or open alcohol containers on the bus.

    Please don’t bring more parcels or packages on the bus than you can carry on your lap.

    If you are unable to care for yourself, please bring an attendant with you. (Attendants travel free of charge.)

    All children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Riders six and under ride free with an adult.

    All buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts, and have the capacity for at least two wheelchairs.

    Bike rack accommodations: Two bike racks are mounted on the front of each bus.  Signal the driver that you will be loading a bike and please use the inner most position.

    Racks are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Passengers are responsible for unfolding the bike rack and loading, securing, and removing the bicycle from the bus, and refolding the bike rack.
